Guest access A private bedroom & bathroom en-suite with an individualized smart lock for security & a private balcony. Full use of the following shared spaces: Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Laundry Room & Backyard. These will be shared with other guests. Shelves in the Kitchen for guest use are labeled with each guest's room name. Each guest has their own set of personal glasses, dishes & silverware labeled for use. There is also a private Office, Library, Lounge and Art Studio that can be booked for use for an additional fee. During your stay I like to give my guests space but am always available if needed through the app or by telephone. Other things to note Note there is construction on the property next door between the hours of 9 to 5. This is common in the area as it is an up & coming location being built up.
