Trapiche is a luxury condominium with only 22 apartments. Located on the 9th floor with fabulous views of the sea and the bay of Ixtapa. Three bedrooms each with AC and bathroom. Maximum 8 people. Excellent security and management. Private beach access. Large pool, 3 children's wading pools and Jacuzzi, all with solar heating. BBQ area. Includes cleaning service and cook m-sat. 10 min from supermarket and 5 min from restaurants and bars. Parking for 1 car. No pets The space Accommodations 3 bedrooms each with bathroom. The main bedroom with an ocean view is adapted for the elderly with a king size bed. The second bedroom has 3 double beds and a mountain view. The third bedroom has 2 double beds and a mountain view. Living room, dining room, TV room, terrace all with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped plus has a dishwasher. Laundry area with washer and dryer. The condominium has 2 elevators, a gym, massage room, BBQ grills, various swimming pools, a beautiful palapa bar to dine with oceanviews, fishing area, tennis court, children's area with sandpit, children's pool and playground. Excellent for a family. Guest access Guest access tennis court, swimming pool and wading pools, gym, massage room and sauna, multipurpose room, ice machine, access to a private beach, terrace for fishing, use of BBQ grills, outdoor shower to remove the sand, provided blue towels for pool use, outdoor dining in the pool area with ocean views. Other notable aspects Includes cleaning and cooking service from Monday to Saturday from 9 to 5. When you arrive at the apartment and when you leave, the electric meter will be read in order to calculate the payment that will be charged at the exit. For rentals of one month or more we include: $2000.00 pesos of electricity, 1 week rentals we include $500.00 pesos of electricity; 2 weeks $1,000.00 pesos and three weeks $1,500.00 pesos. The rest will be paid by the guest. The pool has a service of soft drinks and beers charged to the guest.
