Accommodation in the heart of Burgundy renowned for its wines, travel the route of the great vintages. The Yonne offers varied landscapes alternating Chablis vineyards (within 30 km), Morvan forests, green pastures, groves and watercourses. Our region also offers visitors the chance to discover the medieval old town of Auxerre (within 15 km), the Romanesque basilica of Vézelay, the Gothic cathedral of Sens and the Renaissance castles of Ancy-le-Franc and Tanlay. 1 hr 15 min from Paris and 1 hr from Dijon. The space Our accommodation offers an equipped kitchen open to a spacious living room. In this space, you will find an office area, a play area with a foosball table and a single bed (70). Offering access to the outside through the bay window, you will have your own delimited space to relax for a moment on the garden furniture, surrounded by greenery and birdsong. With two minimalist bedrooms (one queen size 160 double bed, one double 140 bed) with storage, you can settle in at your ease. The shower room is shared with the toilet. We also offer a washing machine and all the basics (sheets, towels, hygiene and cooking products). Wi-Fi is included. In this accommodation there is no television. The opportunity to get together around a foosball table, board games, or go outdoors. We can provide a high chair and a baby bed for little ones. Please don't hesitate to let us know. Guest access You have access to the independent accommodation and a dedicated space in the common courtyard. This one will have garden furniture (no access to the garden below). Free parking near the accommodation. The sidewalk of the gate is not a parking lot, you have spaces within 100 m, towards the bakery and on the town hall square. Other things to note Our house is opposite, so the courtyard is shared. We are likely to meet with pleasure, but we know how to be discreet. Our dog Mao lives here too, and he likes to enjoy the courtyard. He gets along with everyone, is calm and very discreet, you will quickly forget about him.
