The space At Ten Properties, we offer this modern 100 m2 holiday villa with 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom, with direct access to the pool and garden, consists of a double bed and a large en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds and direct access to a large furnished terrace overlooking the ocean and golf course. It also has its own bathroom. The interior of this magnificent villa is completed with a spacious and bright living room that includes a work area and direct access to the garden with a swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make your stay a comfortable and carefree experience, a covered solarium with a washing machine, dryer and laundry area. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. The exterior of the villa includes a heated private pool (with a surcharge), a garden area with sun loungers, a large porch with a gas barbecue, a dining room and a living area. The garden is the ideal space for yoga and meditation, so we have included the necessary material to be able to practice it, as well as several games for golf lovers.
