Description

Bright and cheerful 1950's traditional Mexican-style casa with large front patio and spacious living area. Mature bird-filled trees keep the patio pleasant on hot days and the house is but one block from Lake Chapala, Mexico's largest fresh-water lake. The home is a 10-minute stroll from central Ajijic and its many restaurants and shops. Dyne's Patio is also an easy walk to the weekly farmers' and artists' market, the lively plaza, numerous cafes and bars, and several hiking trails. The space The area's No. 1 attraction is Ajijic, a lakeside village that has become home to the largest American and Canadian expat community in Mexico. There are lots of places on Airbnb in the neighboring communities of San Antonio, Riberas, Chapala and so on, but they all require their guests to drive into Ajijic or take a crowded bus. Dyne's Patio negates the need for any motorized vehicle. Guest access All guests have access to a private bedroom, their own bathroom, the living room with TV, fireplace and dining table, the kitchen and, of course, the patio! Other things to note The casa is located next door to a popular restaurant with live music and dancing most nights of the week. The establishment sometimes has karaoke and would welcome you to join in the fun you if you can carry a tune or play the guitar.
