It consists of 3 bedrooms, a 50 m2 living/dining room, a 20 m2 open-plan kitchen, a large 120 m2 private terrace from which you can admire the Alps and the Vetcors on a clear day, and a 20 m2 interior courtyard. Ideally located in the heart of the Pilat Regional Natural Park, the house is surrounded by vineyards and offers immediate access to the exceptional panoramas of the Rhone hillsides. 🚲 Bike & Mountain Bike: Tame the hills of Pilat. Our gîte is designed for road cyclists and mountain bikers who tackle the loops of the Pilat Rhodanien or the great passes of the massif (such as the Col de l'Œillon). At your disposal: a large private, enclosed and secure garage for your bicycles and equipment, as well as private parking for 3 cars to make unloading vehicles easier. 🥾 Hiking: Explore unspoiled nature. With your shoes on, you leave the hamlet directly to roam the marked trails of Parc du Pilat. Amid forests, chirats (typical rocky scree) and ridge trails offering breathtaking views of the Rhone Valley, the area is a paradise for hikers of all levels seeking wide-open spaces. 🍷 Wine tourism: The art of living and great vintages. Recharge off the ice amid prestigious vineyards. Our house is the perfect base from which to discover the exceptional wineries that surround us: Condrieu, Saint-Joseph and Côte-Rôtie are right at your doorstep. The large garage of the house is ideal for storing your wine boxes in a sheltered and cool place before your return. Relaxation and comfort after your days of exploration: A 100 m² garden and a 20 m² inner courtyard for your outdoor tastings. Large indoor living spaces for you to get together and share convivial moments with family or friends.
