Located in Zaccanopoli, a few minutes from the sea of Tropea, the rooms are located on the first floor of a building situated in a quiet and hilly setting that allows you to enjoy the natural landscape, evenings that are less sultry than the coast, in total peace and serenity. The space The property consists of two apartments on two independent floors: the one on the second floor is still under construction, while the one on the first floor is completely new: past the entrance gate, you are in the private parking lot dedicated to guests and a fairly flat staircase leads to the apartment's entrance terrace. It features: * 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom reserved for the host, responsible for breakfast and cleaning. * 3 rentable rooms (all double): • Bedroom 1 "Maresusa" with balcony, double bed and walk-in closet; • Room 2 "Cacicci" with large window and double bed; • Bedroom 3 "Cannea" with balcony and double bed. Use of the kitchen is not provided, however a light breakfast (coffee/tea and pre-packaged croissants/cookies) is provided in the morning.
