Comfy Double & Single Room in Ealing House

Quiet peaceful house with 2 bedrooms (king size bed in room 1 and single bed in room 2 across the corridor). Single room can only be used if two persons staying in main bedroom. Super garden with outdoor seating and dinning area. This listing is not for the entire house and I will also be living there during your stay. Great access into central London via Elizabeth Line (30 mins door-to-door to central London Oxford Street shopping). The space The ground floor includes a living room and kitchen area, with access to garden including seating areas. There is no dinning room table in the kitchen area. Stairs to the first floor lead to two bedrooms (master bedroom-king bed the other a single). The master bedroom includes a tv and hanging and drawer space. The single room is 3x3m is decorated as a child’s room with drawer space only, (no hanging space). There is a bathroom with shower/bath on first floor too. The third floor is not for use by guest and is not within the limits of the rental. Guest access Ground floor including living room, kitchen and garden. First floor, one double king size bed, single bedroom and bathroom. Single room booked for a third guest only assuming double room taken by two persons. Access to third floor is not part of rental. During your stay I am happy to help guests throughout their stay. Access is via entry code on front door. Code will be given on arrival. Other things to note Single room only available if two other persons book the double room from the same party. i.e two persons can not book both rooms with one guest staying in double room and other in single. Single room is for a third guest with the same party only.
