Private Basement Suite with separate entrance

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located private suite in a quiet neighborhood. Newly built basement with spacious living space for guests. Private entrance for guests. Free street parking. Easily accessible to many different areas of Winnipeg. 15-20 minute drive from the Airport by car, 5-7 minute walk to Pembina HWY and rapid transit station. 9 minute drive to Outlet Collection Winnipeg (outlet mall) and Ikea. The space Double bed, private bathroom, private side door entrance to basement suite. Can access living space with TV and fireplace, Netflix and Prime available. There is a kitchenette area with a bar-size mini fridge, toaster oven, keurig and microwave. Plates, bowls, mugs, utensils and glasses provided. Coffee and creamer provided. Guests will be provided with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. Guest access Access to bedroom, bathroom, living space and kitchenette. No guests allowed to main floor. During your stay Available for support as needed, simply message in the app! Other things to note I’m a nurse and I do shift work so I ask that you minimize noise whenever possible as my shifts vary week to week so I may be asleep during the day. I have listed certain hours as quiet times but it’s not a blanket rule and will be confirmed before check in what the quiet times look like during your stay if there are any. No parties allowed. Maximum 2 guests. Maximum 29 days stays as per city regulations for short stays. I have 2 cats, Jasper and Basil, they stay on the main floor and second floor of the house. They will not have access to the basement suite at any time when guests are staying however if you have allergies to cats bear in mind that there are 2 cats within the home.
