No basic toiletries. - Key Notes: ■ Security deposit is required upon check in ■ Conveniently located in the city center at the heart of the central business district; walking distance to almost everything Baguio City has to offer— expect occasional car noise ■ Located on the first basement level, but since the building is on an elevated slope, the window actually faces the second floor of the building across. ■ Check in is 2pm flexible time ■ Cozy up❗Bring your favorite towels and blankets not included ■ Only registered guests are allowed to enter the unit. ■ Rest assured that every guests will be served with clean bedsheets and pillow cases ■ Guests are expected to keep the unit clean and tidy. ■ No Heavy Cooking is allowed.🙏 For simple cooking, Please use the range hood. We regularly clean, air out the unit, and use moisture absorbers to keep it fresh, and you can also open the windows and use the fan to help circulate the air. Other things to note best baguio accomodation location 2025 🏢 Condo Property •Private condo home (not a hotel). •Building staff/guards are not our employees. •Rules & amenities are beyond our control. 💳 Security Deposit •A ₱1,000 refundable security deposit is required. •Deducted only for damages, missing items, or deep cleaning (e.g., stained mattress, spills, etc.). ❌ Cancellation & Rebooking •7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund. •Guest count changes (reducing/removing guests): Considered a cancellation and not allowed during this period. •Within 6 days before check-in: No refunds or date changes. •Valid emergencies (e.g., typhoon, flood, impassable roads, or declared calamity): One-time rebooking available with a ₱1,000 fee. •Please note: total cost may remain the same or increase upon rebooking. 👩‍💼 Staff Availability •No in-house staff, but we’re always happy to help with special requests made in advance. •For assistance, our service hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. 🧹 Cleaning & Other fees •Additional fees for towels ₱200 and blankets₱400 Please CLAYGO (Clean as you go), especially with kitchen and dining utensils.
