Come stay at this adorable cottage with a large wooded backyard. This home has been thoughtfully furnished for families, adventurers, and couples wanting a relaxing stay. Sit on the front porch and sip on some tea or sit outside by the fire pit. Wander over through yard and listen to the water in the creek. This home is just minutes away from the lake and state parks and only 5 miles away from LakePoint Sports. This home is also just one mile away from The Butterfly Pavillion wedding venue. The space This a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. This home is nestled in a cul de sac of a quiet neighborhood making it more relaxing and safer for children. This property has a small creek that runs along the back. Watch your step if you decide to go wading in it, as there are not steps to get in. Also, keep in mind that Georgia has a lot of critters. If you are planning to spend a lot of time outside, remember to bring your bug spray. Guest access The entire main level of the home is available for your use including all outdoor spaces. Only the basement and the garage are off limits. Access: The home is equipped with a smart lock. You will be given a code along with your check in / check out instructions. Other things to note TV: There is a smart TV in the living room and in each bedroom. Feel free to log into any of your streaming services with your own login. No cable service is available. Kitchen items: oven, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, filter in refrigerator. Well equipped with cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. No condiments and oil supplied. Ground coffee is supplied but bring your own k-cups. Towels: towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen rags, and dish rags are included. Baby gear/supplies: available upon request Toiletries: Toiletries are not included as everyones taste differs. Only hand soap and sanitizer is included. Bathroom: Hairdryer, makeup washcloths, and first kit are located in master sink vanity. BBQ grill: A charcoal grill is available for your grilling pleasure. Charcoal is not provided. Laundry: There is currently no washer and dryer accommodations in this home. Full disclosure: While the proximity of this home to nature will allow you to see many birds, squirrels and deer, you might also see foxes, raccoon, opossums, frogs, bugs and spiders. We do our best to keep the critters out of the home but nothing is 100% guaranteed bug free.
