Welcome to "La Pachata", a historic 1927 Italian casita, beautifully renovated and designed for guest's needs in mind. BEST IN CLASS! La Pachata, named for Ybor's Italian immigrant neighborhood in Ybor in the earlier part of the century, provides a well appointed and stylish, quiet 2/2 with queen beds, within striking distance of the heart of Ybor's 7th Ave and the free trolly to downtown. Quiet, when you want a break from the action, yet only a 5 min walk and you're in the thick of it. The space Hi, I'm Christina and a long time Super Host on Airbnb (since 2011). This beautifully renovated, historic 2 bedroom 2 full bath casita is truly BEST IN CLASS at 1120 sf. with all the amenities and high style and design you should expect from a super host. Fully equipped with guest's needs in mind, you will NOT find the typical "barely furnished, basic and cheapness" that you would find in most of the get rich quick hosts properties who jumped on the bandwagon and have no background in hospitality. You will have access to a true set up coffee/espresso station and tea bar. Dedicated office space with desk set up that you can sit or raise the platform to stand. Ultra high speed wifi and ability to connect hardwire available. Just ask. Fully stocked kitchen-no cheapie rental stuff. High end comfortable mattress' and bedding. Plenty of towels and paper goods. Laundry room, Filtered water. Electric fireplace. High end designer furnishings and art work. Curated library with tons of information on Ybor and Tampa History. A full backyard, with expensive grill, outdoor sitting spaces and cool mid century mod collectible chaise loungers and a retractable awning. Front porch garden space with rocking chairs. Wonderful neighbors and arguably the nicest street in the area. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER APPOINTED, SAFE, SPACIOUS AND STYLISH UNIQUE HOME WITH THIS LOCATION IN YBOR IN THIS PRICE RANGE. I've done my homework. La Guinta homesteaded farm is located right across the street and is protected. You will hear our local roosters from the back yard, but generally not from the inside. You will be located in the historic district known for the infamous cigar industry, mafia, secret underground tunnels and very awesome restaurants-all walkable.The Columbia and Santo Stefano, the two BEST restaurants in Ybor are literally a 5 min walk! ALL GUESTS NAMES MUST BE LISTED ON THE RESERVATION!!! No other guests are allowed on the property without prior approval of the host. Guest access The entire property. Other things to note There are a few community cats that I take care of, but they are outside and very shy. (They came with the house).
