Located in a very green and quiet area, it is just 20 minutes by bus from the center of Bologna and only 3 km from the Unipol Arena and the Dallara Stadium. It is also less than a 10-minute walk from the Villa Chiara Nursing Home. Composed of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, double bedroom, bathroom and a study room where you can also work remotely. NO SMOKING The space The double room has a double bed, so guests can be MAX 2. There are two sofas in the house that are not suitable for use as beds. Guest access The apartment is located on a street that ends on the river, where you can park easily and for free. For those who choose my apartment to go to the Unipol Arena, for the sake of fairness I must say that although it is only 3 km away, it is not served by public transport after 9:30 p.m. Other things to note The renovation of the apartment is very recent and the kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. Absolute comfort for those staying on the occasion of hospitalizations in VILLA CHIARA, which is a few minutes away by foot. Also very convenient access to the Dallara Stadium, which is 10 minutes by bus with a stop very close to the house. Unipol Arena is about 3 km away and is very easy to reach if you are traveling by car. If, on the other hand, you want to use public transport, I would like to point out that after 9:30 p.m. there are no direct buses that lead to my house, so you can use the shuttle that takes you to the Central Station in Bologna and then reach my house by taxi or bus, or alternatively make the journey from Unipol to my house on foot. Booking or calling a taxi is a very remote option since the context that is created at the exit of the concerts makes it almost impossible for the taxi driver to find his customer.
