The property is situated in a wonderfully peaceful spot in Minnigaff, at the end of a quiet lane, and there is a footpath directly opposite. Despite the quiet location it is within easy walking distance of local pubs and eateries. Newton Stewart is ideally situated between the countryside and coast of the Machars and the Galloway Forest (dark sky) Park. The space The property consists of a cosy bedroom looking out onto the garden, a shower room and a compact kitchen/living room. The kitchen has a full size electric cooker, fridge freezer and a microwave. The kitchen/living room and shower room are on the same level and there are five steps down into the bedroom. A SmartTV and wireless speaker take care of your entertainment needs. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guest access In addition to the bedroom, kitchen/living room, and bathroom, you will have access to the garden with patio furniture. You are also welcome to use our garden pod (with table) so that you can enjoy the garden whatever the weather. There are steps down into the garden around the side of the property. There is also a bench at the front of the property so that you can enjoy the morning sun. Secure bike storage is available on request, and we have drying facilities for wet outdoor gear in our external boiler room. Other things to note Free parking is available adjacent to the property.
