Spacious ground floor apartment with high ceilings, 1 bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room, bathroom and shared garden area. Located in Põhja-Tallinn, which is not too gentrified yet and still has some of it’s post-industrial charm. You’re only a 20 min stroll away from all the buzz - Telliskivi quarter, market and train station, fancy seafront district Noblessner. 10 min walk to Kalamaja and several cute local bakeries. Supermarket and bus stop are just across the street. The space You will be staying in my home. It's a well lit apartment with high ceilings and large windows overlooking to the lush backyard on one side. There's one bedroom with double bed, 140 cm wide and brand new mattress since Aug 2025. Darkening curtains in bedroom. Cosy living room area adjoined with fully equipped kitchen. My dedicated workspace is not separated, but it does have a comfy office chair. Wifi is good. Record player, receiver and speakers. No TV. No dishwasher machine. There's no air-conditioner, but the thick stone walls of the building keep the flat naturally cool throughout summer. Guest access The whole apartment will be in your use.
