We would like to invite you to our working small holding on the edge of the New Forest. The accommodation we are offering was our home and one we grew to love dearly though sun and snow. It’s comfortable and has everything you need for a getaway. Self contained, warm and light. Close to M27 easy access to many attractions. You will be within walking distance to the local pub, store and Paultons Park,Peppa pig. Please note the accommodation sleeps 4 this includes infants. The space Entering through the front door you arrive in open plan kitchen/ living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, kettle and all utensils. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and chair with table and 4 chairs. The bathroom Is quaint with large shower, hand basin and toilet. The caravan features main bedroom with king size bed, dressing table, bed side table lamps, mirror, wardrobe and draws. The second bedroom is quaint with double bed, or can be two single beds, wardrobe and draws, mirror and lamp. Other things to note bedding and towels are included. The caravan has central heating controlled by thermostat. We have also supplied for families with younger infants and children a High chair, changing mat, baby bath, bed rail and books and toys.. Please note when booking that the accommodation is maximum number of 4 guests including an infant. Guest access Guest access to the caravan is past main bungalow and to the right with its own entrance and small gravelled area. Other things to note Please note there are a lot of animals , birds and dogs on site close to where you will be staying. So it can be noisy. There’s activity in and around we’re you’ll be staying when we are out feeding the birds and animals. Also we are close to the A36 and the road can be noisy. Children to be accompanied at all times when looking at the birds and animals in the yard.
