The Studio is in our unique self- build home which we designed to be future proof and environmentally friendly. Located in the beautiful village of Church Fenton, North Yorkshire. The village has a wonderful community shop, pub, gastropub and a restaurant. Walks through the surrounding countryside crisscross throughout the village and its just a short 18 min walk to the train station where trains run to York (11 mins) and Leeds (15 mins). With open views to the front and rear of the property. The space The studio has a modern open plan living room, kitchen and dining space. A separate bathroom with a shower and a mezzanine floor to the bedroom area. Guest access There is a communal door into a light and sunny, large garden room. A separate lockable door leads into the studio accommodation. Access to the laundry room is from the garden room. Other things to note The garden room and laundry room are shared spaces with the owners but the studio is exclusively for our guests.
