The space This 5 bedrooms oasis features: - Designer touches and a monochrome palette highlight a stunning sun-bathed home complete with matte Australian hardwood floors, luxe main suite - hydronic heating, RC/evap cooling. - Nespresso coffee machine (*Note: We only offer welcome starter coffee pods. If you enjoy your machine and want to explore more flavours, we recommend visiting Nespresso Boutique shops or local grocery stores for additional purchases.) - Fenced pool (*Note: The pool is available for use at an additional cost and must be requested at the time of booking.) - Basketball quad A separate summer house comes with a trundle bed can sleep another 2 guests if you're having more than 6 guests. A new single bedroom was added since August 2024, equipped with heating, a bookshelf, and a long desk equipped as a work space, complete with a comfortable gaming chair, ideal for team members who need to work. ⚠️ Notice The electric blind remote in the living room is not provided. As a result, the blind is not operable and will remain open. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access The entire property is for your stay. ➣The pool is available for use at an additional cost and must be requested at the time of booking. Other things to note ➣A few minor issues recently found at the property during our regular inspections, having these being replaced may take some time but we will try our best. 1.⁠ ⁠The BBQ is currently faulty and out of order. 2.⁠ ⁠The outdoor parasol in the patio has a broken support metal, we’re in the process of replacing it but it may take some time. 3.⁠ ⁠The freestanding oven requires a part replacement, which may take some time to fix. However, the bench-top oven is fully functional and available for your use. While these are minor inconveniences, we want to be transparent and ensure you're comfortable with your stay. ➣ The audio system in the main house has been deactivated due to noise concerns. ➣ The smart TVs in the living room and the master bedroom don't include live channels but offers streaming apps. Login details for 9Now can be provided. ➣The pool is available for use at an additional cost and must be requested at the time of booking. ➣Community ethics_Bin collection note: If you happen to be staying the night of Monday, pls make sure to pull the bins to the street-side on the grass, council will clear the bins every Tuesday, if you're not sure which bin to pull out, check the neighbours. Pls take them back after they're emptied. Please help us keep our home clean by taking care of all garbage you accumulate during your stay. We'd also appreciate it if you could separate waste, recycling, and organics into the designated bins.
