Cozy and well-located apartment. Close to the municipal park, arts palace, hospital area, central market and freedom square. It has an elevator, a kitchen ready for use containing basic utensils, stove and air fryer (we do not have a microwave), a washing machine in a small service area, a coffee and dining table, a retractable sofa, an armchair, TV, Wi-Fi, a bathroom, 3 fans (we do not have air conditioning).
