Relaxation and entertainment - tick! Designed by owners Louise and Justin of Assembly Architects, the house and seperate "outhouse" are set within a private and lush garden setting. Outdoor entertaining, firepit, cooking fire & BBQ, hot tub, trampoline, recliners. The outhouse includes a lush bar and cinema. Our family home, the house has art, books, games. The space We designed our home for functional and fun family living. The rooms are spacious and light, with epic garden and mountain views. IN THE MAIN HOUSE a central, open plan living/dining/kitchen room separates the master bedroom at one end, and three bedrooms and a bathroom/laundry at the other. There is a SONOS sound system & HUE lights for great sound and lighting effects (simply download the apps to run), BBQ and outdoor table - from here you will feel like you are dining in the garden - and in fact you can eat from the garden and orchard too. On the North of the house you will enjoy a private lawn bordered by lush gardens, with the OUTHOUSE at the North end of the lawn. The OUTHOUSE has a living space set up with a bar leaner, bar & cinema, with a King bedroom and bathroom. To the South the house borders a shared reserve (with tennis court, 20m indoor heated pool and gym) giving the kids plenty of room to run, play ball, and generally get out of your hair while remaining close by. You can access the house from both the North lawn area and the South car-parking area. There is room for four vehicles. We will leave some personal items in the house, such as books etc. The shared indoor heated pool and gym is accessed with a fob and community pool rules apply. There will be one firewood shed which can also store gear and bikes, this is lockable with an E-lok. Other things to note We will also leave pantry items in the house such as baking ingredients, canned and dry goods, and a wide array of cooking oils, sauces, spices, teas and coffee (espresso pot and nespresso). You are most welcome to use these ingredients during your stay. As this is a family home, some personal items will remain in the house, especially on the bookshleves etc. Animals (chickens in garden and cockatiel birds in cage) are optional for you to look after or our neighbours will take care of them - this will be confirmed during messaging with you.
