3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms available, with above ground pool fully fenced. Close too many beaches. Family friendly, many toys, baby items. Bottom studio downstairs will be locked off, but king bed can be moved into 2nd lounge if needed. This is a home and income construction, and the main house has a 2 bedroom unit attached too it, everyone has private and separate outside areas at opposite ends of the section. Has car port for two cars and right of way parking and off street parking. The space 2 living areas Master with super king and ensuite Queen bed in one room Double loft bed in one room (max weight 120kg) TV lounge upstairs can accommodate king bed if required and the couch. We do have two 2 year old ragdoll/maincoon cats that come and go from the studio downstairs that you might see around, one will try it’s luck to come inside if you allow it, and the other doesn’t hang around much unless the kids aren’t there, they like our lovely tenants and hanging out at the neighbour’s houses to. Guest access The entire main dwelling, minus the studio downstairs. Other things to note This is our family home, there will be clothing in the wardrobes, some draws etc. We have a young family, so don’t be worried if your kids play with toys or move things around, we also aren’t renovating till they are older. Pool is fully fenced, gets to about 30-34 in summer, it’s very deep kids can’t touch the ground, would have to be about 130cm to just touch on the edges. Great for doing bombs. Please advise of any breakages or accidents.
