Peaceful basement studio

(More photos coming soon!) Beautiful studio apartment in the basement of a 1909 farmhouse. This is one of the most fun neighborhoods in Portland, as hip and adorable as can be. Easily walk or cycle to the Belmont district, Hawthorne District, Burnside, Laurelhurst Park, Mt. Tabor, and lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. You'll be about a 30 min bus ride from downtown (and biking is only 15-20 min!). I love this area and am happy to give recommendations and advice. The space The apartment is so bright and open, it's easy to forget you're in a basement! There is a private guest entrance with a keypad for easy self-check-in. The full kitchen has everything you'll need to cook for yourself for your entire stay, if you want to. The bed is a firm memory foam, and with the addition of the sofa bed, you can sleep four guests altogether. The minisplit heating/cooling system and natural subterranean insulation keep the temperature comfortable no matter the weather. Guest access Everything beyond the staircase and laundry room is yours.
