The space Camper located opposite Black Sea Bay. we have a ramp and private dock for people with boats staying Guest access private dock boat ramp Other things to note There are some rules that we put in place to make your stay easy.  We want to share this apartment with people that understand that we work hard for what we have earned.   Several instructions while you are staying in our apartment.   - IMPORTANT: People live in this condo 24-7.  Please always keep the volume down especially at nighttime.   - IMPORTANT: The apartment has two assigned parking spaces (Car Stop 1001 just after the pool).  Please use them accordingly, do not use other residents' parking spaces even if those are empty.  There is a fine of $200.00 per incident.  Handicap spaces are strictly for visitors who have the batch or decal.  Using that parking without authorization is a fine of $1,000.00.   - IMPORTANT: Do not hang any towels, bed sheets, clothes, or anything in the balcony.  It’s against the condo rules and guests can be fined.   - IMPORTANT: Do not hang any towels, clothes, or anything on the furniture.   - Make sure the back of the chairs does not scratch the walls in the dining area and the balcony.   - IMPORTANT: Any beach item if it is wet leave it at the balcony floor.   - IMPORTANT: Electricity in Puerto Rico is at an all-time high.  Please turn off the A/C’s when not needed or if you are not going to be inside the apartment or the bedrooms.  The same thing goes with the lights.   - Please do not handle or move manually the Air Conditions Louvers, the control has a button for that.  Handling the louver manually will break the louver, the Host will charge you for the repair cost of the unit.  Check the direction swing button at the remote control.     - Also, you may turn off the light of the air condition using the LED Display button.   -Please throw the garbage out per needed.  Trash bins are located at the end (WEST SIDE) of the street of the condo.   - When you go out to enjoy our beautiful island, please turn off the A/C's.   - All the doors should always be closed.  The wind here is very strong, and the doors are very sensitive to the wind.  For safety issues, if the door is going to be open, be sure to put down the stopper.  Or is the rubber tie rap for the balcony door.   - Please do not lower the hurricane shutter of the balcony unless you receive instructions to do so.   - Smoking is not allowed inside or at the balcony.  The complex has smoking designated areas.  Breaking this rule, you are going to be penalized with an additional fee of $200.00.  Definitively smoking weed (Marihuana) at the apartment and surrounding is not allowed.   - Do not wash or dry any bed sheets or any towels used.  If you must use the washer and dryer, please use it for your personal belongings.  Make sure to clean the filter after any use Please put the used towels in the laundry area.   - Please clean the dryer filter after each use.   - Hair coloring is prohibited. All costs related to the removal of hair dyes from the bathroom tops and bathtubs will be claimed from the guest.   - We provide you beach towels, please do not take the bathroom towels to the beach, always keep them inside the apartment.   - Be thoughtful with the neighbors and keep the noise down.   - Please use the outside shower located in the pool area to wash off the sand before entering the apartment or the swimming pool. Make sure you are completely dry before entering the lobby, elevator, and common areas.  (Please it is very important to avoid bringing sand to our apartment, every item used at the beach must be cleaned)   - Pool hours are from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, using the pool before and after these hours is prohibited.   - Take out the trash when needed and before checking out.     - At check-out you can leave the keys inside or inside the lockbox (if apply).   - Ensure you press the lock button at the keypad, to lock the door.   - Please ask for assistance when using electrical appliances.   - Before checking out make sure you leave the apartment in the same condition as found.  We do not expect to be sparkling clean, but we do expect clean and responsible guests.   - Do not remove any item from the kitchen such as silverware, knives, dishes, cups, glasses, etc.   - Breaking any of these rooms will cause a termination of your stay.   - Please have a nice and wonderful stay :)           Check In/Out Procedures   ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++   Check OUT   1.           Lock the sliding door 2.           Collect trash from bathrooms, and kitchen.  Put the bags inside the dumpster located at the east and west side of the condominium.  3.           Disposed any leftover food. 4.           Leave dirty towels on the floor by the washer machine. 5.           Leave beds unmade. 6.           Lock all windows and door.  Turn off all A/C units. 7.           Check to make sure you have collected all your personal items before you leave. 8.           Roll down all curtains. 9.    Ensure you press the lock button at the keypad, to lock the door. 10.        At your exit place the keys inside the lockbox and rotate the combination keys (If Apply).
