This private secluded village is perfect for your entire wedding party, family reunion, or group gathering. The entire village can accommodate up to 36 people. There is a private covered common area located in the central part of the treehouses – provided so you can gather to enjoy any celebration. Choose between one of our 6 round houses that sleep 4-6 people. Each of the bedrooms has a full and twin bed with its own private bathroom. The common area has a small kitchenette that includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and single-cup coffee maker. Home Truths: - Required check in time is between 4pm - 5pm. - The Welcome Center closes at 5pm; if arriving after 5pm you will call for access and directions; You will walk to the property where your golf cart will be located. - The property is located in the Springdale Golf Resort. Navigating throughout the resort will be via golf cart only. Cars are not allowed past the Welcome Center and use of the golf cart will be required at all times while visiting. - Cleaning fee: $100 ** - We openly share & clearly post our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a very private and quiet gated community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
