This elegant and spacious accommodation is perfect for trips of up to four people who want to have a vacation in green Umbria in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. It is located in a very convenient position on the second floor of the first building built in the small village that remains one of the tallest buildings in the town, with the convenience of a private elevator for the exclusive use of the apartment. Located on the main street, it has two balconies that allow a 360° view of the town. The space The large apartment consists of two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a full-size bed, a kitchen accessible from a large living room which in turn is connected to an elegant living room with a sitting area. The living room and lounge have windows that give access to a balcony overlooking the main street of the village, the two bedrooms give access to a veranda balcony that opens a panoramic view of the surrounding hills. The apartment has a private elevator exclusive to the house and a brand new bathroom with a large shower. A small garden and a square are part of the condominium spaces. A washing machine is available on request in an annex of the house. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests' use. Other things to note In the living room, there is a very comfortable rocking chair from the Pizzetti house, which is near the fireplace.
