Condo East End, Sapphire Beach, St Thomas, USVI

Our Villa is a two story Villa at Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina on St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands looking out on St. John Island with a "million" dollar view. The space As our guest, you have access to our entire Villa, which as already noted is two stories on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building. You have a $million dollar view of St. Johns and Tortola and great trade winds which allow you to have all your lanai doors open with no bugs. ) But if no wind, there can be bugs, but that is a rare case). You have excellent privacy and witout the noise from bands and other musical groups playing at the Beach Bar. The building is 10 feet from the water but we do our swimming and snorkeling in front of the beach bar. The pool is apprxoimately 150 feet from our building. Our unit downstairs has full bath, kitchen, and living area with TV and full lanai. The downstairs has a pull our couch and a pull out lanai, but both cannot be deployed at the same time. We have a small dinnette table, but with typicalliy use the table for four on the lanai, The lanai also has two bar chairs. Upstairs is a full king bed plus a Hillandale day bed with a very comfortable mattress. Underneath is a trundle bed that pulls out and also has an identifcal comfortable bed. Upstairs also has a full bath and another lanai with two "dolphin chairs," wjovj are high chairs and allows an unobstruted view without the lanai railing in the way--and yes, we have seen dolphins in front of our Villa. Upstairs has a beautiful wood cathedral ceiling. Guest access *Outstanding pool available to guests at the Sapphire Point (see photos). *Daytime attendant to put our lounge chairs where and when you want. *Some beach floats and toys available in Villa, but this various over the year. (Because of health reasons we do not offer complimentary snorkel gear.) *Coffee Shop, Beach Bar and dive shop on property with Kayaks, snorkel gear, etc. *Additional restaurant up the hill at Sapphire Village as well a more upscale restuarnat above the beach bar area. *Parasailing, rental skis, fishing charters, and sight seeing charters in the marina. *0.7 miles to Red Hook with many many restaurants and pubs. Other things to note Electric Power: Electric on ST Thomas Island is provided by WAPA (Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority). Electric power does go out on the island, but typically it is only out for a short period of time. On rare occasions, the power company may experience a major breakage on the island which causes a long outage. We have no control over the outages or length of time of the outages. We also do not know ahead of time when they will be occurring. If you have a health care issue or other issues that require no outages, you should seek lodging at a resort that has a back-up generator. At this time, Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina does not have a back up generator, but the COA has approved installing such. But at the time of this writing, they have not been installed.
