Ecohouse Panhormos is a sweet new apartment located in the best area of Palermo’s historical centre, and is born from the blend of our care for global ecology and love for local culture. We decided to make a difference in our house management, primarly by using eco detergents (biodegradable and on tap). We also created a set of unique web maps that you will receive at your arrival, so you’ll have you every information you may need about the city right in your phone! The space The apartment has brand new furniture and is formed by a living room kitchen with a sofabed (very confortable with 21 cm high mattress) ,one bathroom with a large shower, one large bedroom with balcony, and a veranda. From the bedroom you have also have access to a tiny room with window, with a dedicated workstation for smartworking, so that the accomodation is perfect also for digital nomads. There’s plenty of light illuminating the beautiful bamboo floor! Our apartment it’s on first floor of a little palace from early twentieth century , in a nice and very quiet street. It’s inside the traffic-restricted zone but it’s possible to find free parking on the street a few minutes walking , and some private private pay - parkings nearby . There’s no elevator but just one flight of stairs. Other things to note The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, even for long periods, and for remote work: washing machine, iron, small ironing board, microwave, hairdryer, desk and chair, fast Wi-Fi, yoga mat, and a small balcony table. For the colder months, there is radiator heating. All services are located a few steps away: - 5 min for Teatro Massimo - 2 min for airport bus stop - 3 min for closest supermarket - 1 min for pharmacy - 1 min for luggage store - 15 minutes from central station - 12 min for Molo Trapezoidale ( new area full of restaurants) - 20 min for city port and boarding of hydrofoils for the islands You will enjoy a special experience, a pure and original immersion in local life, also making a choice that respects the planet.
