Newly built modern and cozy master suite with private parking on premise in a quiet neighborhood in San Diego. 12 minute drive to Imperial Beach, Coronado, Downtown, Gaslamp District, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, SDSU. Our place is perfect for guests who are looking to stay close to mentioned places. Our place is not perfect for guests who are looking to stay near beaches like La Jolla, Carlsbad, Pacific Beach, North of SD. Our place is recently renovated with our passion to make guests' experience most comfortable. We'd love to host guests who are respectful of the suite and our effort that we put in to accommodate their stays. - Private entrance Approaching your stay, we will send you a checkin email and messages within the Airbnb app, giving you the access code to the suite as well as some necessary instructions for self check-in and during your stay. - Kitchenette Providing necessary cooking appliances, spices and kitchenware for light cooking, microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. - Bedroom Including a queen bed that comfortably sleeps two people. An air mattress will be provided for the third person upon request for an extra $15 per night. - Bathroom Proving amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and bath towels during the stay for two people. The suite features its own kitchenette, dining area, a bathroom, a bedroom and a private parking on driveway. Our neighborhood is quiet and bland. - No smoking on property. A inconvenient fee of $300 will be added to the booking if guest smoke inside of the suite. - No parties or overnight/unannounced guests. In case this happens, we will have no choice but to cancel your reservation with no refund, you will be asked to leave immediately. - Backyard and our dogs The back door is opened to our back yard, where our two energetic and big Labrador mixed dogs live. If you are allergic to dogs and are not fond of them, our suite might not be a good fit for you. - Emotional Service Animals Your ESA is welcomed with you however to ensure the safety of your animal, PLEASE DO NOT let your animal interacts with our dogs. Service animals are welcome to use any open outdoor area IN FRONT OF the suite for relief as long as the you pick up after the animal and leaves the area clean. There will be extra cleaning fee of $300 if we have to clean up after your ESA inside and outside of the suite. Your ESA must not be left unattended in our suite without your supervision. Guests are 100% liable for the damages caused by their ESA. - Surveillance The front and back door of the suite are under 24 hour surveillance for your safety. There is no security cameras inside the premise.
