"The Beach house"

La Maison de la Plage, ideally located between Piriac-sur-mer and La Turballe. Just cross the street to enjoy the beach. Shops, markets and restaurants 5 minutes by bike or 10 minutes on foot. House equipped for 8 (ideal 4 adults and 4 children). Nautical activities, idleness on the beach, hiking or cycling, various visits, in short you will be spoiled for choice for a relaxing, sporting or cultural holiday, with family or friends. The space The house has 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a 160x200 bed facing the sea, one upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x200 facing the sea and a bedroom with 2 beds 70x190 (bedroom without window). Equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms, one upstairs. 2 toilets, one upstairs. Terrace facing the sea and facing south. Garden facing the sea. A laundry room in the basement. Beach walk across the coastal road. Outdoor shower for returning from the beach and outdoor washing lines for drying towels the beds will be made for your arrival Guest access You will have access to the entire house A garage is at your disposal to store your equipment (bike, kayak, windsurfing, surfing etc...). A laundry room (equipped with a washing machine and dryer is at your disposal in the basement, as well as a wine cellar (empty!!!) Other things to note - We offer the sale of bags of logs and kindling for the use of the fireplace. Price: 10 euro per dozen logs The fireplace must not be used for cooking: neither grills nor others!!! this option is only available in winter! -beds will always be made before arrival
