Split into two-three separate apartments, ground floor (which can be further split into 2 separate completely independent units: the seaside one and the mountainside one) and first floor (this ad is for one of the ground floor unit, the mountainside one). The apartment is composed of a large kitchen-living room fully equipped with fridge, microwave oven , electric oven, and so on, with the possibility of a double bed. small double bedroom and a large bathroom . bedroom as well as living room are provided with very efficient air conditioning. The kitchen has a ceiling fan. Free baby bed is available upon request. Guest access Each apartment is completely independent with full respect of privacy. Garden areas, bbq area, terraces, parking lot and laundry room (in a separate building) are shared with the other apartments. Laundry room has coin-operated washing machine and free dryer. Even though the number of Covid-19 have been very low in Sicily and especially in our area we have added a disinfection procedure to our professional cleaning before the check in of each guest.
