Centrally located at the midpoint of the lower Sunshine Coast, this newly built guesthouse in Halfmoon Bay has everything you need for a convenient and comfy stay. Surrounded by neighbourhood trails and a short distance to many beaches, this place is optimal for a relaxing getaway and reacquainting with nature. Ten minute drive to downtown Sechelt. The space Cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen while mingling with your company in this open concept living space. Cooking oil, salt & pepper provided, as well as coffee, an assortment of teas, sugar and milk. Enjoy a soothing bath in the tub or take a hot shower using the different settings on the state of the art shower head. Shampoo, conditioner and soap available. There are two smart TVs, available for login with your own Netflix and Amazon Prime video accounts. Although the space is best suited to sleep two people, there is a double hide-a-bed in the living room with linens provided upon request. Laundry facilities and dishwasher available for longer stays, with detergent provided upon request. There is a wonderful small market within a short walk for most of your basic needs (including liquor sales) to save you a trip into town. Guest access Space for two vehicles in driveway next to cottage. Entire self-contained guesthouse, as well as sectioned off grassy area along side the cottage are for guests' use. At this point, that portion of the property doesn't provide much privacy but we are working toward a solution for that. Other things to note The cottage is on the same property as our family home, and in a family friendly neighbourhood, so we ask guests to be mindful of late night noise. There will be ambient noise during the day, as well as comings and goings on the property. We are conveniently located on a bus route to and from Sechelt.
