This is the perfect lake house for your next family vacation, Clemson football game, or just a long weekend at the lake! Enjoy full access to Lake Hartwell with a private dock and swimming area. The house is located just 20 minutes from both Clemson and Anderson and also just 5 minutes from Portman Marina. Come enjoy some nature, relaxation, and fun at the Lake Escape! The space Quaint cottage with an open concept living space and views of the lake. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with clean bedding and fresh towels. A washer and dryer are also available for convenience. The kitchen is stocked with all the normal necessities. The screened in porch is perfect for relaxing while taking in the view and nature all around you. There’s a stream that runs directly under the house that draws many animals into the yard for you to watch and enjoy. The dock is a great place to hang out and catch some sun or throw a line into fish. The house does not have cable but instead has free access to Netflix, Hulu and Prime. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire house, porch, lower deck, and dock. Other things to note Guests can check themselves in with Easy Check-in. The lock box combo containing keys will be given to our guest before their stay.
