The STELLA villa is a pretty contemporary single-story villa, with a heated pool, not overlooked. Located in a residence secured by a 24-hour guard and video surveillance, its capacity is 6 people maximum. It is perfect for a stay with friends and family. 9 kilometers from the city center (about 20 minutes by car), on the road to Ouarzazate, take advantage of our concierge service to organize your entire stay. The space The STELLA villa is located in a quiet and family residence, secured with a guard and 24-hour surveillance camera. The residence is about 20 minutes (by car) from the city center and close to the Oberoi and the American School of Marrakech. The villa is composed of: - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - A large living room - A fully equipped open kitchen - A heated pool not overlooked - A garden with outdoor games - and a private parking space High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. You have the option to hire a cook for the day (price on request) and excluding personal shopping, or to choose formulas per person. The accommodation is a 30-35 minute drive from the airport (approx. 18 km). It is possible to book an airport > villa transfer with one of our private drivers (extra charge) or to rent a rental car (price on request). Guest access Guests can fully enjoy the heated pool (28/29 degrees maximum, not heated during the summer period), the garden and the various equipment at your disposal (football nets, badminton & trampoline). Other things to note Included in the price of your stay: - Concierge service (booking your activities, restaurants etc.) - Cleaning upon checkout Not included in the price of your stay: - Cleaning (extra including change of sheets, towels and complete cleaning of the villa) - kitchen services When you arrive, we provide you with toilet paper in each toilet. It is only renewed when you request a cleaning. Guests not listed in the booking are not allowed in the villa. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. No pets are allowed. For security and liability reasons, only staff provided by our agency are allowed to access the villas. Guests are not authorized to bring their own staff (housekeeping, cooking...) during their stay. Our accommodations are regularly maintained by our staff to ensure optimal service (pool & garden). Visiting hours will be communicated to you in advance and adjusted according to your convenience. No work is carried out without prior approval.
