Furnished apartment with air-conditioning

Very quiet place well located. Next mall, snack bar, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and gas station. Closed garage for the exclusive use of the building's guests. We offer bedding, bath linen is the guest's responsibility. ATTENTION to the check-out time, staying in the listing after the time hurts the entry of new guests, counting the collaboration and understanding of you, guest. I am available for questions and further clarification. Guest access The apartment is in the hallway of the first floor, 3rd door. The 1st floor balcony is shared with the other guests, it is the only shared and access space for all guests. Other spaces are not allowed. Other things to note Towels are required for personal use.
