Furnished apartment with air-conditioning

Very quiet place in a good location. Nearby shopping, snack bar, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and gas station. Closed garage for the exclusive use of guests of the building. We provide bed linen, but bath linen is the guest's responsibility. ATTENTION to the check-out time, staying in the accommodation after the time impairs the entry of new guests, I count on the collaboration and understanding of you, the guest. I am available for questions and further clarification. Guest access The apartment is in the first floor hallway, 3rd door. The 1st floor balcony is shared with the other guests, it is the only shared space accessible to all guests. Circulation is not allowed in other spaces. Other things to note Towels must be brought for personal use.
