Exterior Road and Access: The road to the villa is uphill and parking is available. From the parking area, you reach the door by going up about 30-40 steps to the villa, and then a few steps up. Terraces and Verandas: Main Terrace: It has a private infinity pool with privacy curtains, sunbeds and an indoor outdoor dining area with a table and four chairs, a brick barbecue and an outdoor seating area with an independent barbecue. Upper Patio: It offers double swings, two sunbeds and magnificent views of the natural environment and the sea. Interior Cool and Airy Environment: Traditional stone and marble floors throughout the villa help keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. Open Plan Kitchen, Dining and Resting Area: The well-equipped kitchen opens to the dining/resting area with large windows and patio doors offering uninterrupted nature views.
