The apartment is 100 metres from the beach, private underground parking. 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a big living-room and fully equipped large kitchen. WIFI and Air Conditioning throughout the apartment. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops almost on your doorstep. The apartment is recently build and therefore has insulation and thick windows. Stays of 28 nights or more do not have the utilities included. You pay your consumption of water and electricity separately. We take the numbers of the meters when you arrive and when you leave. The difference is your consumption. Tourist Tax. The council of Portimão has implemented a tourist tax. Starting for bookings made 14th of March 2024. The tax is 2 euros per night per person from 13 years and older with a maximum of 7 nights. This is applicable from 1St April till 31st October (High-Season).
