This is a large 3 bedroom (4 plus beds), 2 bath house. With an open concept first floor and vaulted ceilings on the second, there's plenty of room to make yourself comfortable. There's a 14'x28' carport for the sleds, bikes, auto, etc. The ITS trail (88) passes behind the house, as does the Aroostook River. We're about 5 miles out of PI, and Aroostook Rentals is who we are. The space there's lots to do in the area regardless of the season. . the Presque Isle country club, 18-hole golf course is only two or three miles down the road. . Quoggy Jo mountain with a lot of cross- country trails as well a ski tow . the Aroostook River is less than a half a mile behind the house. . the ITS 88 passes behind the house. . The house is centrally located between Presque Isle, Caribou, and Fort Fairfield . The fair comes to town typically the first week through weekend of August. starting with 4-H throughout the week as well as many other fun things to do, including Friday night truck pulls . .
