Cabin in Vernon

A small cozy fully self contained cottage situated at the back of our acre property, over looking BX Ranchlands. A stunning view of the ranchlands can be seen from the property where a long trail weaves through the park and is accessible right next door. The space Old rustic building fully renovated into a cozy space for two. Very quiet suite as it sits about 50 meters from our main house. Fully stocked kitchen and cozy living room with a smart tv including Netflix, several channels on cable tv with extra movie channels as well Lovely comfortable queen bed with a half wall for privacy from the living room and kitchen area. Located next to the bedroom is a walk in closet with shelves, storage and a washer and dryer. There is a small patio overlooking some grass and a large old willow tree. There is a large greenhouse situated in front of the suite with a lovely seating area if the weather turns grey. Listen for Great Horn Owls and Coyotes in the evening and keep an eye out for Blue Herons and Hawks hunting for their lunch. The back of our property is used as a small garden space just steps away from the cottage. We tend to the garden but only in busy garden season. The rest of the time we are barley at the back of the property. No pets please. No smoking.
