House near the sea with sea view

Relax in this peaceful accommodation with proximity to the sea. Take a walk along the coast and see beautiful sunsets. The house is located about 8 km north of Visby along the west coast in the cozy area of Själsö. Tips for activities in the nearby area: - swim in Själsö harbor or at Brissund beach - see beautiful sunsets - coffee at Själsö bakery - walk nature trails at Brucebo Nature Reserve - coffee/lunch/dinner at Krusmyntagården. • Weekly rental Week 24-33 we let out the house on a weekly basis. Changeover day Sundays The space The house is on one and a half floors. On the lower level you will find a kitchen and living room (open floor plan), one bedroom with a double bed (width: 180 cm) and a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The living room and kitchen have a large space where it is open up to the ridge. On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms with single beds (width: 90 cm) and a small living room furnished with two armchairs. On the terrace, you will find a dining area, lounge furniture and parasols. There is a charcoal grill that can be used during your stay (spring/summer time) and it is used in the intended place. Charcoal and lighter fluid are provided by the guests themselves. The living area of the house is 95 sqm. Guest access When renting, you have access to the main building. Other things to note • Bed linen and towels: The guest will bring their own bedding and towels for the stay. • Cleaning: The guest cleans themselves and leaves the house in the same condition as when the guest arrived. Cleaning supplies are available in the house as well as a checklist for help with cleaning. • Weekly Rental Week 24-33 the house is rented out weekly. Changeover day Sundays.
