Guest access The apartment is set on the top floor of a small block. There are 3 flights of stairs, no lift. Other things to note We are a child friendly unit, we provide toys, high chair and a port-a-cot. There is ample free street parking right out front. 5-10 min drop off and pick up in the driveway. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. If you are stuck for a ride to and from the Airport, I may be able to organise an Airport pick up and/or drop off with a driver. $40 payable to the driver. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travellers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more than welcome to stay.
