Isabelle is our handcrafted, spacious Shepherd's hut designed to accommodate two adults. Isabelle consists of bench seating and a dining table, with a pull down double bed, large kitchen area and ensuite shower room. Guests are provided with a continental breakfast including croissants, juices and homemade jams along with teas, coffee, sugar and milk. The space Set in the heart of Norfolk, in complete isolation yet within walking distance of local amenities, Isabelle is one of three Shepherd's huts situated in the middle of our field. Designed and made to high standards with all you will need for your stay, including an optional wood-fired hot tub available for an additional fee, along with use of a BBQ, local produce for a full English etc: please see detailed list. You will be in cycling distance to Wymondham and Norwich and a drive away from the north Norfolk coast and the Norfolk Broads. Guest access Parking is available on our drive with a short walk to the Shepherd's hut. In Autumn/Winter, walking boots/wellies are useful. There is a bark chipped path down to the hut, but the field does get muddy when wet. A wheelbarrow can be made available for transporting your bags, if required. Other things to note During the Autumn & Winter, wellingtons or good boots are essential - you will be walking across a muddy field - although we have created a bark chip path, boots are still handy. Optional Extras: Bring your small, well-behaved dog for an additional charge of £2/night. Wood, charcoal, marshmallows and use of utensils & grill for a BBQ can be requested for £10/night. We can fill the fridge with local produce for a full English breakfast for £8/person (vegetarian options are also available). Private, Wood fired Hot Tub for an additional £40 for the first night and £10 for subsequent nights. A bottle of Fizz on ice £10. Birthday banners, balloons and flowers by arrangement. Charging your electric car £20 Following the opening of my home pottery studio we are offering guests an experience to enjoy during their stay. A 1:1 or 1:2 session exploring clay and learning about pinch, slab and coil pots and learning to throw a pot on the wheel. Once dry I will trim, fire and glaze your pots and send them to you. £40 for one person/ £60 for two. This session will last about an hour and a half/2 hours.
