Bedroom 2 - A private room with a queen bed and air conditioning in a colourful, comfortable home with free wifi and laundry, full use of the kitchen, modern bathroom, swimming pool & outdoor entertaining area. Share with myself and my dog Foxy :) 2 minute walk around the corner to cafes, restaurants, a small supermarket, sushi, bakery, bus stops, yoga studios, the Tanks Arts Centre & Botanical Gardens Bedroom 1 is also available on Airbnb The space A comfortable low set Queenslander with a lush swimming pool and outdoor entertaining area. Guest access As well as your room you will have access to: > The fully equipped kitchen - including juicer, food processor, smoothy maker etc.. > Zazen water filter for super yummy drinking water > Ground coffee and a french press to brew it in. Or you can walk to the cafes 2min away to get an array of different blends/styles/etc.. > Shared bathroom with great shower > Laundry and laundry liquid > The basics - tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and spices etc., soaps, shampoo & conditioner, cotton tips, bedding and towels.. > Unlimited wifi > The pool > The back patio for chill time During your stay I have traveled a lot myself and stayed with people all over the world so am aware of travelers needs and what makes for a good experience :) I can easily provide you with loads of local information re swimming spots, where to find the best food and local entertainment, tours etc. I am often home though do go away at times. When I am away I have a friend who manages the house so she can help with anything you need :) When I'm home I am happy to give you space or hang out depending on how much work I have or how our schedules work out. I'm also up for dropping people into town when I can, taking people to the river for swims when time allows and will invite guests to dance classes and other events whenever possible :) Other things to note Please turn everything off at the wall when not in use, and shut the window and door when you're using the aircon. Thank you We have a lot of birds in the garden at the house. Rainbow Bee Eaters, Sunbirds, Kookaburras and more and a good bird book and some binoculars for people who are interested.
