Welcome to established family friendly community Angola By the Bay with plenty of shade and trails. Beaches Lewes and Rehoboth within about 15 minutes, shopping and plenty of eateries close by. Enjoy shaded walking trials with mature trees, crabbing docks, saltwater pool/baby pool, water access, and biking, or just relax by fire pit. You'll have full access to shed with everything you need for your stay including bikes, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. The space Perfect space for families 3 bedrooms Room 1-King Room 2-Queen and 1 twin Room 3-Bunk beds and 1 twin 2 full baths one with bathtub for kids. 2nd bath is upstairs is a Jack and Jill shared between the 2 rooms. Full kitchen with washer/dryer. Full access to shed with all beachy stuff you need. Pack less! Pool is open daily from 11-6:30 the "Dog House" snack bar is Saturdays and Sundays 12-3. The Pool Bracelets are hanging on wall by fridge. Limit 6 people at a time per home, extra passes can be purchased during the week for $10. Please be careful with pool bracelets, $50 replacement fee per bracelet. Must be 25 years of age to rent. We are a shoe free house, please use the ‘shoe bowl’ to store shoes, or leave them outside. Thank you! Guest access Guest check in with door code. Other things to note Lego bin and k’nex for older children. Bumbo seat for baby. Pack and play with sheets, infant insert as well. Booster seat that attaches to kitchen chair. Bed rail for top bunk if needed, under bottom bunk. Plenty of games/puzzles in cabinet under TV, also coloring activities and puzzles in hutch in kitchen.
