This charming slipper is named in honor of its owner, who was a great bridge player. This easy-going home is ideal for relaxing thanks to the calm that surrounds it. The space It can accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms) with all the necessary modern comforts (3 bathrooms, 3 toilets). Entry is through the courtyard of the house where it is possible to sunbathe and/or eat. This space measures about 80 m². Barbecue and plancha available. From the entrance, on the left, is a first bedroom (about 13 m²) equipped with a 140 bed, a TV, a bathtub and a private toilet. Back in the living space, you enjoy a warm space (the living room) to settle in. A fully equipped modern open kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, teapot, toaster...). Then the dining area allows you to sit comfortably around a dining table. Also available on the ground floor: washing machine, dryer, internet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each opposite the floor. They are both equipped with: -a 160 bed, - a shower room (shower) with a WC. One of these two bedrooms is about 17 m² and the other about 12 m² and has a TV. In between, a lounge and office area with a TV offers a time of work or relaxation. Board games and books available in the house.
