Suite I @ the IV HAUS

The heated floors throughout will keep you nice and cozy and you'll breathe easy knowing the suites have filtered fresh air circulation. (No Shared Areas) The space There are four suites in the building, all with the same layout. Two suites are on the upper level(Suite I and II) and two are on the lower level(Suite III & IV). The interior and exterior were completely renovated in 2023. There are no shared common areas except for the front and back entrance areas, each suite is it's own private space. Guest access As our guest you’ll have access to your own private suite. Each suite has two entrance/exit points at the front and back of the suite. Other things to note Each unit has one designated off street parking stall with regular power as well as a Level II EV charger.
