The stair way is somewhat narrow and steps are short In depth. Might be an issue for some. It is centrally located and near to shopping and eating all less than a few minutes drive and only 20 minutes from Dayton. Newly updated, all of the amenities you need. So many fun things to do. King’s Island is a great theme park near by! Best in the country for coasters! There is plenty of space to spread out sleeping arrangements and laundry is included downstairs. There are no bathrooms on the main floor. Both front and back porches are perfect for morning coffee or meals or just relaxing. Nice large fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals. This is your secret getaway, you won’t want to leave! Guest access The whole house is included in the rental! Parking is in the back. There is space for two vehicles. If more space is required can possibly make arrangements for that. Other things to note The kitchen is fully stocked. Eat in kitchen table for 4, dining room table for 4 and patio table also for 4. Plenty of room to spread out. Keurig coffee maker as well and bean grinder and regular coffee maker. Supplies included. All bedding and linens included, as well as toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Everything you need for your stay at this cozy hidden gem of a retreat.
