Apartment 13, ground floor, no stairs, in a condominium 50 meters from the beach. Suite with double bed and private bathroom; second bedroom with double and single bed, both with air conditioning. Living room with sofa and 50" TV. Full kitchen with stove, microwave and air fryer. Laundry with washing machine and floor drying rack. Bed linens included. The space The apartment is number 13 and is located on the ground floor. There are no stairs or any other major obstacles for people with special needs. The suite accommodates 2 people and has a private bathroom, air-conditioning, double bed with spring mattress and a macaw with clothes hangers. The other bedroom accommodates up to 3 people and has a double bed, a single bed and air conditioning. The TV room has a sofa, 50" TV with streaming apps - subscriptions not included. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, table, chairs and various household utensils for guest use. The laundry has a washing machine and a clothesline. By default we will provide bedding and pillows for all guests who are over 2 years of age. If you want to towels, you'll need to request. See values. Park for 1 vehicle. Guest access Pool area available to you for the duration of your stay. Other things to note ⚠️⚠️⚠️READ CAREFULLY:⚠️⚠️⚠️ ⚠️The property can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests, including children from 2 years of age. They are included in the total number of people. We do not accept reservations with a higher number than allowed. Do not bring more people than you listed in the reservation, even if they are children! We take guest control very seriously and your reservation WILL BE CANCELED, including on the day of check-in without refund, in case of non-compliance. If you need to, we can change the number of people on your reservation later as long as it doesn't exceed the maximum guest capacity. ⚠️I will provide bedding, pillows and blankets for the exact number of guests stated in the reservation. Infants do not count. Therefore, I DO NOT PROVIDE BEDDING FOR INFANTS UNDER 2 YEARS OF AGE. ⚠️Towels are paid separately and must be requested at the time of booking. Attention! These are not extra towels. If you do not request towels when you book, they will not be available. See prices. ⚠️For reservations of 2 nights or more there is no laundry fee. ⚠️For reservations of only 1 night, a laundry fee of 50.00 will be charged. After booking the accommodation, we will send you a request for this amount through AIRBNB itself. ⚠️ABOUT PETS: Up to 2 medium to small pets. Dogs: maximum size 45cm long, 15kg. Male dogs and cats we only accept it if castrated. Forbidden to leave your dog loose and barking around the condominium. Medium to large dogs such as golden retriever, labrador, German shepherd.
