The self-contained unit possesses the serenity, comfort, and quality to accommodate our guests - simple, yet, not overly appointed. The space From 1 of 2 monitored off-street parking spaces, you are just steps away from what Suite 111 has to offer. Accessible thru the gated and private rear yard, you follow the paved walkway and patio towards your approach to wide walk-out steps leading you to Suite 111's private lower-level and well-lit entrance. Access the key from the coded lock box, slide the sliding screen door to the left, unlock and enter thru the French Door into a welcoming, recently renovated, spacious and complete Kitchenette/Great Room Combo to the left and right. The Kitchenette contains the most updated built-in and countertop appliances, including a 2-burner hotplate, air fryer, electric skillet, blender and more. You will pass the breakfast bar which holds a variety of "on arrival" refreshments. Beyond the Kitchenette, the hallway leads past a full-service Laundry Alcove and the Bathroom, to the left complete with washer/dryer ironing equipment as well as complimentary toiletries. Off to the same side, the hallway terminates at a cozy Bedroom that holds a queen-sized bed with all her accessories for your privacy, comfort, and rest. The nightstands have power stations to charge your phones and mobile devices. The bedside lamp contain just enough lighting to cozy up to a good book. Opposite the Bedroom is the Study/Lounge which doubles as a sleep area. A full-sized pull-out sleep sofa with a comfortable mattress and plush topper is provided to accommodate a good night's sleep for 2 more adults. Study/Lounge also provides similar accessories for their stay as well plus a small workstation that holds a complement of office supplies on the chance that some small work requirement is to be performed during your stay.
