Mountain View Apartment: Private 1-BR Guest Suite

Come stay in our private guest suite for two! The suite is separated from the house by the garage and includes off-street parking for one car. We are 25 minutes from Downtown Spokane and 20 minutes from Coeur d’Alene. Nearby athletic venues include the HUB Sports Center, Plantes Ferry, and multiple golf courses. This is a great spot for guests in town for conventions, tournaments, Hooopfest, and Bloomsday or anyone looking for a convenient home base to explore the Inland Northwest. The space Off-street parking is directly in front of the apartment window. A sidewalk leads around the side of the house to a private patio where you will find the entrance to the apartment. (Landscaping and patio furniture coming Summer of 2023!). The well-lit apartment is completely separate with nobody above or below you. Bring your groceries and cook in the full kitchen which is open to the living area. Brew some complimentary Keurig coffee and see if the peak of Mount Spokane is visible out the kitchen window. There is a peninsula with bar stools for dining and a couch and TV with Roku for relaxing. You will find some extra snacks and drinks on the counter and in the fridge - help yourself! The hall leads to a well-appointed bathroom where you will find a tiled shower with grab bar and corner bench. The bedroom includes a comfortable-firm queen sized bed, reading chair, closet storage and washer and dryer. All bedding, linens and blankets are washed and the entire apartment is cleaned and sanitized between every guest. Guest access You will have access to the private patio and the apartment. There is no access to the main back yard, garage or the main house.
