A newly renovated accesible to BGC, Venice Mckinley, Market2x, Vista Mall Taguig, Petron, Marketplace same with Hospitals and business centers. The space Our Property has 1 bunkbed which could fit up to 3-4 guest comfortably; 1 in the upper deck, and 2-3 person on the lower deck. Also our sofa in the living room is convertible into a queen size b3d that could fit 2-3 person. We provided extra matress which could accomodate 2 to 3 person. Then we have 1 lazy bed that could fit 1-2 person. Guest access The guest can use all amenities provided on the listing with proper handling and care. Guest aren't allowed to touch the cabinets and drawers that are locked. Other things to note We would like our upcoming guest to read all the guideline and house Rules for their convenience. Also I would like to inform our guest that our Place is not a hotel rather it is a community where people live with Rules and regulations that noise and partying is prohibited. They should not look for a hotel standard accomodation but a home a way from home set up. We also made it affordable so people coming to Metro Manila can have a cheaper price to stay with a high standard of safety and a home like stay!
